Advertisement witha Purpose Three Useful Ways to Get Your Name Out

Every new and small business owner has one thing in common, regardless of their background or line of work: they want to advertise effectively. The ability to keep bringing in new clients, customers, and revenue in general is what keeps businesses afloat. That does beg the question though, how on Earth do we advertise right? I can tell you one thing for certain, you may be surprised at how much money you DON’T have to spend doing it. There are countless methods of advertisement available but listed below are 3 that we think will give any kind of business the boost they need, whether you are brand new and looking to make your company a household name, or are just looking to increase productivity.

Custom Merchandise

There are literally thousands of options for customizable merchandise available, especially online. There are a slew of companies that make everything from t-shirts to golf balls to pens to keychains, and everything else imaginable. Custom merchandise is a nice way to remind people who you are and what you do. Calendar printing in particular is one of the most fantastic ways to utilize customized gifts and merchandise. Everyone who uses your calendar sees your name, logo, and contact information every day, so much that when they are in need of services, you can be almost positive your company will be the first thought popping into their heads.

Social Media

We all get that the internet has changed business. There is however, a difference between marketing with social media and marketing CORRECTLY with social media. Make sure you have everything, and I mean everything; Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Vine, etc. This will allow you to maximize your reach to both your target audience and newcomers, and when implemented correctly, social media marketing schemes are a great way to get your client base interested and interactive with your company and its services.

Radio Ads

There’s a lot of stigma behind this option, but a lot of it, truthfully, is unfair. Essentially, if you do your research right, you get to choose a station that appeals most to your target audience, and have your slogan, catchy tune, or whatever you like, repeated several times daily. While you may pay in bulk, the price really isn’t awful, and people like to go with what they know. Dedicated listeners that hear your ad several times a day are going to feel like they already know your company, even if they’ve never done business with you.
